  • What We Are Doing

Making a Difference to Communities with Programmes Including

One Boston; Communities Together

Our One Boston; Communities Together programme wants to hear from local residents on what they do and don't like about Boston and what changes they would like to see to make Boston a thriving town for future generations to enjoy, through holding various events.

Community Transport

The Community Transport programme is funded to work in the districts of South Holland, Boston Borough and East Lindsey and is aimed at increasing the number of volunteer drivers within existing schemes and supporting new ones to enable them to cover both medical and social journeys.

Moorland

CVS Lincolnshire is delivering a piece of work within the Moorlands Estate in Lincoln, which is being funded through UKSPF. This work is focused on engaging with the local community to help develop the Moorland Community Centre into a thriving community venue for all the community to use.

What People Have to Say

Social Prescribing is the first service that has treated me like a human being. We met in a nice restaurant for a cup of tea and an informal chat, I now know where to go to finding support and have started attending the Peer support group.
