Priority Services Register – Anglian Water has a Priority Services Register for customers who need some extra support. Their specially trained teams are there to listen without judgment and are experts in matching people to the right support. Shout Service – Anglian Water have partnered with Shout, to help their customers get free mental health support when they need it. Anyone feeling low, stressed, or struggling to cope, can text WATER to 85258 for support any time of the day or night. The Shout service is free, confidential, and won’t show up on phone bills.
