Grants for individuals and organisations for local community projects that benefit the people of Bourne, Dyke, Twenty and Cawthorpe.

Grant Purpose

Bourne United Charities provides Almshouses (located on West Road), Allotments, grants for the “Relief of Need”, projects that are for the benefit of the inhabitants of Bourne, and the Essex Weekly Charitable Payment.

Applications will only be considered where the recipient is located within the Parish (Bourne, Dyke, Cawthorpe and Twenty).

This includes individuals applying for help under the “Relief of Need”, Organisations including clubs, charities and groups, etc, Almshouses, renting an allotment garden and applications for the Essex weekly charitable payment.

Eligibility Criteria

Bourne United Charities provides grants to individuals and organisations.

To apply for an individual Grant please visit their website and use the Grants Form.

Organisations applying must use the Project Grant Form.

Evidence of financial information such as payslips, bank statements and accounts will be required to support your application.

For Almshouses, applicants must have lived in Bourne for at least 10 years.
