LVET, Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Partnership (LCVP) and Shine Lincolnshire think that now is a good time to ask a few questions about the jobs that are done, the salaries earned and the employee benefits across VCFSE organisations.
There are a few reasons why we are all interested, including ongoing concerns for the VCFSE organisations contracted to deliver services within contract budgets that restrict paying competitive salaries, ongoing cost of living challenges, and trying to understand the impact on recruitment and retention.
