Bobs Brainwaves has been put together to offer support and help for dementia patients and their carers in Louth and the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire.
It offers information for those who are just beginning their journey of memory loss through dementia.
They have a handy help pack which is full of local information, useful benefit forms and activity ideas.
Copies of packs are available for carers and friends of people with memory loss.
You can request a copy of the pack by sending an email to support@bobsbrainwaves.org.uk or you can pick up a copy at your local Dementia cafe or NHS Memory Clinic.
