
Lincolnshire Community Foundation is seeking an exceptional leader to join them as Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Chief Executive at a pivotal stage of their growth and development.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the Foundation’s operational delivery, overseeing grant making, finance, governance, HR, IT and compliance. This is a strategic, hands on role focused on strengthening systems, improving processes, and ensuring the organisation is well positioned to deliver lasting change.

You can translate strategy into clear, deliverable plans, lead and motivate high-performing teams, and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You bring sound judgement, a collaborative approach, and a strong commitment to social change.

Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire (hybrid working)
Salary: £46,000 – £51,000 (dependent on experience)
