Do you have Asthma and are a child or person under 25 or are you a parent or carer of a child or person under 25 living with Asthma in Lincolnshire?
As part of our CORE20Plus5 programme we are asking for your help in completing a survey to help NHS Lincolnshire to improve Asthma care and support that they provide to young people across the county.
There’s over 6,000 children and young people (up to 25 years) with asthma in Lincolnshire and your help in completing the survey can ensure that Lincolnshire NHS can identify areas of improvement.
Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Partnership (LCVP) have been commissioned, as an independent third party, to conduct some research and share information around the management of asthma, having recently done some similar work for CYP with diabetes.
Core20Plus5 is a national NHS England approach to support the reduction of health inequalities. We are working on the CYP people segment.
Lincolnshire NHS is currently focusing on asthma and this research will be taking place until 31st March 2026.
