They can help with a wide range of topics including:

  • Benefits
  • Debt advice
  • Housing advice
  • Employment issues
  • Consumer issues
  • Health
  • Immigration
  • Legal issues
  • Relationships

They are able to offer advice via their Adviceline telephone service from Monday to Friday (10:00am to 4:00pm).

They are also able to offer focused face-to-face advice services to those who cannot use our telephone services at locations in Spalding, Stamford and Grantham.

Become a Volunteer

Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire is totally dependent on volunteers providing the service.

Volunteers carry out a variety of roles, including assisting clients, administration work, reception, marketing, fundraising and Research and Campaigns.

They need new volunteers every year to help them meet the demand for service.

With so many different roles available everyone should be able to find a way to get involved.

Volunteers do not need to know it all, as they provide all trainees with a comprehensive training programme that will give them the skills they need to deliver a high quality service to the clients.

For further information on becoming a volunteer, follow this link to the Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire volunteers web page.

Become a Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire Fundraiser

If you’re looking to do something new in 2025, then joining Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire fundraising groups might be for you!

Becoming a volunteer fundraiser is an amazing opportunity to help them continue giving advice and support to the local community.

  • There are many benefits by becoming a volunteer fundraiser such as:
  • Meeting new people and making friends
  • Engaging with the community
  • Hands on experience with planning and running events
  • Improving skills to help with employabiiity

They are looking for fundraisers to cover all three of their hubs in Spalding, Grantham and Stamford.

The role of the fundraisers would be to create fun and engaging events/activities in their community to raise money for Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire. This could be a simple street collection or organising a Spring Ball.

You would be fully supported by their staff and they can offer training where necessary.

If you are interested then please send an email to fundraising@citizensadvicesouthlincs.org.uk.
