If you have any unused or part used tins of paint (at least half full), you can now donate or take free paint from Community RePaint stores at recycling centres across Lincolnshire.
Community RePaint gives residents in Lincolnshire access to free, reusable paint.
The Community RePaint initiative collects unused and leftover paint that would otherwise go to waste and makes it available to local people completely free of charge.
Whether you’re refreshing a room or tackling a creative project, the store offers a wide variety of paints in different colours and finishes.
Reusing can save money and helps to protect the environment by preventing thousands of litres of perfectly good paint from going to waste.
Community RePaint is a UK wide paint reuse network, sponsored by Dulux.
Take your leftover paint to one of the recycling sites, where it is then added to the Community RePaint store.
Other residents and community groups can then take any paint they might need for their DIY projects from the store for free – they just need to sign for it.
If you would like to donate or collect paint, simply speak to a member of staff on site.
If you do not like the paint or have an issue with it, please bring the tin back to site on your next visit, where they will either put it back into the store for reuse or dispose of it correctly.
Most paint is accepted, provided it is still useable and at least half full.
