Active Lincolnshire is pleased to be hosting a two-day Community Reporter Training programme on 15th July and 11th September 2026 at Jakemans Community Stadium, Boston. Participants must be available to attend both training days.
The training will be delivered by Caty Collier from Lincolnshire Voluntary Engagement Team (LVET) as part of the ‘It’s All About People’ programme.
Community Reporting is a practical approach to capturing and sharing lived experiences, stories and insights from local people.
The training will help participants develop skills in listening, interviewing and storytelling, enabling them to gather authentic community voices and use these insights to inform decision-making, service development and community-led change.
This opportunity is ideal for anyone interested in strengthening their community engagement work and ensuring local voices help shape future activity, services and decision-making.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided on both days.
