Dance and Disability Programme Assistant

Introduction:

The Hub are currently looking for a Dance and Disability Programme Assistant to support their Unify Junior & Youth SEND dance sessions.

These sessions are led by a member of the Hub team, and they are seeking someone to assist in delivering a positive and engaging experience for participants.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children with SEND
  • Enjoy movement and creative activities
  • Be supportive, approachable, and able to help participants feel comfortable and connected within the session

The role will also include supporting supervision during toilet breaks, as well as assisting with sign-in and sign-out procedures.

Job Details:

Session Details:

  • On: Tuesdays (term time only)
  • From: 5:30pm to 7:30pm
  • At: Terry O’Toole Theatre, North Hykeham
  • Start date: As soon as possible

Pay:

  • £40 per week for a self-employed individual
  • Alternatively, we can arrange payment to an organisation (e.g. a school, college, or care setting providing a staff member)

This opportunity will initially run for 12 weeks, with the hope of continuing beyond this period.
