Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust would like to set up a focus group on behalf of the Dietitian Services in Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust whereby they wish to obtain opinions on their feedback survey that is distributed to patients and service users upon their discharge from our services.
Presently this is done in the format of a QR code or web link.
The focus group will look at the existing templates and survey questions that are sent out to patients and service users to see if any amendments can be made which will ultimately increase the survey responses.
The Dietitian Services have said: “It is really important as a team to receive feedback, whether that is positive, neutral or negative so we can shape our services moving forward and continue to provide the best possible care to our patients and service users. We are grateful to anyone who wishes to be involved to help us improve our feedback survey and look forward to hearing your thoughts”.
You don’t have to have gone through their Dietitian Services in order to help them.
