We don’t talk enough about death and dying, or what it’s like to be grieving. That can make it harder when we are facing the most difficult of times.
Here is an opportunity to meet and talk about all these things with others supported by the team from Beam Cafe and Counsellors from the Butterfly Therapy Service.
There will also be Social Prescribers, Wellbeing Coaches and a team from Macmillan Nurses on hand to support you.
You can find out about support for those who are dying or caring for someone who is, ask the questions you might not know how, or who, to ask and learn about the conversations we should all be having beforehand that can help make the most difficult of times a little easier to manage.
You also will have the opportunity to take part in a short “Walk n Talk” session with Butterfly Therapy service volunteers around the Central Park to enjoy the benefits of connecting with others and nature.
When: Tuesday 5th May 2026 from 12 noon to 3:00pm
Where: Beam Cafe, Centenary Church, Red Lion Street, Boston
