Every Wednesday morning in Gainsborough there is a Fit as a Fiddle club that meet for coffee, tea, chats and simple seated exercise.
They also have trips out such as going to the theatre at Christmas.
This is a very happy, sociable group and they have places available for four new members.
The club has been running for 25 years.
