Contact St John ambulance to book your free first aid awareness session in your community to learn the basics of how you could help in an emergency.
When: Tell them when your group meets and they can book these in at a date/time to suit you and your group
Where: They will come to you! All they need is a community space to hold a group of up to 16 people.
Are you holding a community event? If so, St John Ambulance would love to come and demonstrate their skills so even more people can be CPR ready.
