Do you have a project idea but aren’t sure how to turn it into something funders will support?
This practical workshop is designed to help community groups, charities, faith groups and Community Interest Companies (CICs) in Lincolnshire develop a clear, well‑thought‑out project plan that can be used confidently in funding applications.
Funders need to understand who your project is for, what you want to do, why it’s needed, how it will be delivered and how much it will cost. This session breaks those requirements down into manageable steps and gives you the tools to plan a strong, realistic and funder‑ready project
This workshop is open to community and social groups, charities, faith groups and Community Interest Companies (CICs) across Lincolnshire
Wednesday 20th May 2026 from 10:00am to 12 noon
Online via Microsoft Teams
This event is free. To book your place, follow this link to the Eventbrite website.
This session is suitable for trustees, committee members, staff and volunteers who are involved in planning, developing or delivering projects and want to strengthen their organisation’s funding readiness.
This session is particularly useful if you have a project idea but need help turning it into a clear, funder‑ready project plan.
We look forward to seeing you there.
