Introduction to Group Support
The CVS Lincolnshire Voluntary Community Faith Social Enterprise (VCFSE) team helps support and grow effective and influential local organisations. Our support is aimed at strengthening existing, established groups and developing those with ideas to start-up or grow.
We provide practical support to groups and organisations across Lincolnshire.
We have a range of resources and information you can use in aiding you in setting up and running your group and charity or developing your project. For example:
-
Governance Support including advice on legal structures, setting up your organisation correctly and registering with the Charity Commission.
-
Business and Project planning.
-
Advice on raising funds and diversifying income streams.
-
Funding searches
-
Reviewing Funding Bids
-
Policies and Procedures

What Community Groups Say About our Service
After a spectacular year last year (all things are relative!) which saw the Louth Air Cadet Squadron successfully complete 12 National Navigation Awards and 8 Bronze Duke of Edinburgh awards, we have now increased head count from 8 to 20! In no small part to your help with funding - thank you!
