The programme helps residents stay safe, warm and well in their homes. A series of webinars for professionals and volunteers will provide updates on the programme’s progress, available support, new resources, case studies and future developments.
Sessions are available for anyone supporting Lincolnshire residents, as well as specific referral partner organisations.
