Lives Drop-in Health Checks

Introduction:

Lives is offering two drop-in sessions, one in Caistor and one in Boston, where you can:

• Learn how to perform Bystander CPR
• Have a chat to Lives about positive health
• Get a free heart health check
• Have a blood pressure, height and weight check

When: Monday 10th August 2026 from 10:00am to 1:00pm

When: Monday 17th August 2026 from 10:00am to 1:00pm
