Grants of up to £5,000 per year for Louth projects
One-off grants of up to £1,000, or longer term 3 year grants of up to £5,000 are available to help Louth residents who are in need, hardship or distress.
Louth United Charities administers grants to Louth based organisations.
The income of the charity is derived from bequests made over the last two centuries by 14 different Louth residents.
Louth United Charities trustees consider requests for grants twice a year, in June and December.
Applicants need to demonstrate how the grant will fulfil the objectives of Louth United Charities in providing relief for those in need within the Ancient Parish of Louth.
Each application is considered on its merits and the trustees award variable grants after giving due consideration to the information provided.
The next deadline for applications to Louth United Charities is Friday 23rd October 2026.
The Trustees will meet to consider applications on Monday 30th November 2026.
