Menopause Support is a community interest company, founded in 2016, by menopause educator, speaker, campaigner, and author Diane Danzebrink.
Menopause Support provides menopause education, information, guidance, and support and runs the national #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign.
The campaign has been instrumental in ensuring that menopause has been added to the curriculum in schools in England and that all medical students are now taught about menopause (from September 2024).
Menopause Support provides a range of free menopause information resources, including their popular forty-four page ‘Understanding Menopause’ booklet and the award winning, five minute, animated film, Cycle of Change.
You can follow this link to the Menopause Support website for lots of free resources.
These, one off, 45 minute telephone or video consultations are an opportunity to talk, in confidence, and to have any questions answered about menopause, HRT, and alternative treatments.
A letter for the GP can be provided after the consultation, if helpful.
We can help people to understand what’s going on, make informed choices, and prepare for their GP appointment, whether experiencing peri menopause, post menopause, premature menopause, early menopause, surgical menopause, or medically induced menopause.
Their advisors have attended British Menopause Society menopause training for nurses, are members of the British Menopause Society and regularly update their professional knowledge.
They are passionate that every woman should have access to factual, evidence based, information and support.
Free consultations are available, upon request, for those struggling to get the right help and support and experiencing financial hardship. If you are supporting women who may benefit from this service, you will find more information by following this link to the Menopause Support website.
Diane’s book, Making Menopause Matter, was published, to critical acclaim, by Sheldon Press in 2024.
The first series of the podcast of the same name, based on the book, began in July 2025 and is available in all the usual places.
