Movement4Memory is a social group for individuals living with early stage dementia and their carer.
There is a seated exercise every week and refreshments, monthly talks and signpostposting are available.
When: Thursdays from 10:30am to 12 noon (starting Thursday 2nd April 2026)

Cost: £5.00 per person per session
