Dementia UK is offering free, confidential clinic appointments with a specialist dementia nurse, known as an Admiral Nurse at selected Nationwide Building Society branches across Lincolnshire.
You don’t need to be a Nationwide customer. Everyone is welcome.
These free 45-minute face-to-face appointments with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse offers expert, tailored support, whatever your questions or concerns.
All appointments are confidential and will take place in a private space within the branch.
