Neurodivergent Support (NSspt) provide groups, workshops and support across Lincolnshire making sure what they offer continues to feel safe, real, and genuinely understanding.
Everything they do continues to be shaped by lived experience, real conversations, and what people need, not just what looks good on paper.
Alongside their groups and workshops, their Mentoring and Talking & Listening support sessions have continued to develop and grow.
These sessions are giving people a real opportunity to:
There is not a one-size-fits-all approach here, support is shaped around the person, not the other way around.
They have also continued supporting individuals through Access to Work and PIP processes, helping people understand what support is available to them and how to access it.
This includes:
For many, this has meant finally being able to access adjustments, funding, and understanding that makes things more manageable.
They have also seen a real increase in their social support sessions, with team members going out into the community alongside individuals.
This is not about pushing people into situations, it is about:
For many, this kind of support makes everyday things feel more manageable, and over time helps build independence in a way that feels safe and achievable.
They are pleased to be introducing three new community-focused groups, each created with a clear purpose, to give people spaces where they can just be themselves.
These groups are delivered by Neurodivergent Support (NDspt) in partnership with Lincolnshire Autistic Society and PAACT, helping ensure they remain safe, consistent, and rooted in real community need.
