
Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Partnership are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Deputy CEO, Dr Batul Dungarwalla.

Batul has 30 years of experience in the Community and Voluntary Sector and began working with Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS) in 2020 as part of the Community Development and Volunteering Team, providing support to groups in Boston.
As part of her role, Batul supported projects involving young people, this work is what lead to our Youth in Leadership programme focusing on board diversity. Following on from this, Batul became full time as a member of the Senior Leadership Team for LCVS.
In April 2024, Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service and Voluntary Centre Services (VCS) formed the Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Partnership (LCVP). In 2024, Batul became the Strategic Lead for Thriving Communities and Inclusive Growth for the partnership.
Batul began her new role as Deputy CEO across the partnership on 1st April 2025.
Batul Dungarwalla said “I am very grateful for this opportunity, and I’ve been humbled by all the lovely messages I’ve received from colleagues across both organisations, and I look forward to working with everyone more closely. I am extremely fortunate to work with an amazing group of people, that are dedicated and focused on ensuring everyone they work with contributes to and benefits from growth.”
