Social Change is working with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire to understand how residents currently contact Lincolnshire Police, what influences those decisions, and what people need from future public contact arrangements.
The research will explore issues such as reporting, communication, accessibility, language barriers, digital contact, face to face engagement, confidence, trust and reassurance.

This is particularly important in Lincolnshire, where rural, coastal and urban communities may have very different experiences of accessing services, transport, digital support and local policing.
