
One You Lincolnshire are holding drop-in sessions for Spring, designed to help people feel healthier and happier as we head into the summer months.
At the session, they will showcase the range of free programmes that One You Lincolnshire has to offer to support individuals to stop smoking, drink less, move more and eat well, lose weight.
They will also highlight some of their secondary programmes, including Gloji energy (their children and families programme) and strength & balance (their falls prevention programme).
These informal drop-ins are a great way for people to explore their options, ask questions, and take the first step towards positive lifestyle changes.
Where appropriate, they can also support direct referrals into their programmes.
