Shine Lincolnshire, in partnership with Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, are recruiting Peer Support Workers to join their teams across North and South Lincolnshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with lived experience of mental health challenges who wants to support others on their recovery journey.
Location: North and South Lincolnshire
Hours: 30 hours per week (part-time)
Contract: Fixed-term until 31st March 2027
Salary: £19,256.80 per year
Benefits: Company pension, health and wellbeing programme

Successful applicants will be invited to attend interviews on Tuesday, 21st April 2026 within the Lincoln area. This will be an all-day process, including a group activity and a one-to-one interview.
