Social Economy Academy: Coaching and Mentoring for VCFSEs & P2P Network
Join them for an interactive session focused on coaching, mentoring and peer‑to‑peer learning for VCFSE organisations
In this session, Rachel Linstead will share a range of coaching and mentoring tools and techniques to help you support your team and volunteers. This will include understanding learning and communication styles to build rapport, easy-to-apply techniques and a free PDF handy guide to take away.
Rachel has been a trainer for over 25 years and a qualified coach and mentor for 15 years, as well as lecturing in business for over 5 years. During this time, Rachel has helped develop hundreds of organisations and individuals. Her specialism is helping organisation to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture where everyone can be healthy and happy!
This event is part of the Greater Lincolnshire Social Economy Academy programme which is funded by the UK Government and is supported by Lincolnshire County Council and Business Lincolnshire. It is delivered locally by Lincoln Bishop University.
