In this session, Rachel Linstead will share techniques on how to get to the root cause of a problem, then utilise creative thinking techniques to overcome this problem. Rachel has been running her business, Firecracker, for over 14 years and is a loud and proud dyslexic! Firecracker specialises in workplace culture and wellbeing, and helping organisations create a creative, inclusive culture where individuals can thrive.
This event is part of the Greater Lincolnshire Social Economy Academy programme which is funded by the UK Government and is supported by Lincolnshire County Council and Business Lincolnshire. It is delivered locally by Lincoln Bishop University.
