Healthwatch Lincolnshire takes the pulse of health and social care ahead of NHS and council changes.
A major new study by Healthwatch Lincolnshire will measure how health and social care is working in the county ahead of changes to the way health and care is managed and provided.
The Healthwatch Lincolnshire ‘State of Health and Social Care study’ gives people the chance to share recent health and social care experiences to show what it is like to use these services in Lincolnshire.
The results of this study will be used to inform health and care providers of the concerns and issues faced by residents and measure the effectiveness of services ahead of any upcoming changes, which could have an impact on the people of Lincolnshire.
These include national and local changes to the NHS and proposed changes to local councils. This is in addition to the plans being driven by the government’s Department of Health and Social Care and the recent release of the 10-Year Health Plan.
Healthwatch Lincolnshire is the county’s independent champion for health and social care. For more than 10 years, it has gathered health and social care feedback and used its findings to push for meaningful change.
