The WaitLess App combines current waiting time, queue numbers and travel time at Urgent Treatment Centres in the county to help avoid long wait times when you need urgent care.
In a bid to address these challenges and improve waiting times for patients across the region, Lincolnshire ICB have launched a free app called WaitLess, which is designed to provide live urgent and emergency care waiting times and queue numbers.
The app helps users find the fastest treatment for minor illnesses and injuries by displaying combined wait, travel, and treatment times, along with pharmacy options, to enable informed decisions about where to go.
The WaitLess App can be downloaded for free from both the Google Play and Apple Store. Just search for ‘Waitless App’. It is provided by VitalHub Corp.
