
Wellbeing Lincs is a countywide service, funded by Lincolnshire County Council offering support to adults across Lincolnshire to help them to achieve confident, fulfilled and independent living.

Anyone over the age of 18 can access the service providing you meet at least four of the following eligibility criteria:

If you are supported by a charity, support agency or other national or local organisation they can contact us on your behalf.
The Lincolnshire Wellbeing Service is now accepting online requests for support. These requests will be administrated by Lincolnshire County Council Customer Service Centre.

Customers can now complete a request for support form online by following this link to the Lincolnshire County Council website, or by calling 01522 782140 to have a conversation about service eligibility.
Once accepted into Wellbeing Lincs customers will benefit from a strengths-based assessment, from one case officer, meeting all identified needs in a combined assessment and support plan, improving the customer experience overall.
