Known as young-onset dementia, a diagnosis at this time of your life can present a range of unique issues and challanges.
The Alzheimer’s Society young-onset dementia support service in Lincolnshire offers one-to-one support to people who have received a diagnosis of young-onset dementia.
Their dementia advisors provide information, guidance and practical support to help people understand their diagnosis, cope with day-to-day living with dementia and prepare for the future.
They can also support people to connect with other services for support in their local community.
This service is also avaialable to friends and family members.
